As the spam-machines seem to love it when you put the full e-mail address on your website, I've put these in a slightly amended form to try to foil them.

It means a smidgin more work for you, but as a vegetarian, I have to avoid spam wherever possible, so please indulge me by replacing the bit that says '[AT]' with the '@' sign. Thanks.
